“in early May, I spent a week of time unraveling the knots in my system, really diving deep into the void to meet the spaces of myself that I’d been hiding from, for fear of facing failure. All that met me for diving in? Kindness, grace, love, tenderness, play. I believe deeply in the power of connection. When you connect with yourself, others, most importantly, your pain, you are able to tap into divine awareness, healing, potential, joy for life. But you have to connect. Really and honestly connect with it, with them, with yourself.

Healing is easier said than done, that’s true. Often enough, surrounding yourself with a safety net of others as you step in courage into the void, is all you need to start rewriting your story.

On May 18th, I have the opportunity alongside other artists, and caregivers, to hold out a safety net for you to come connect. So that you can fix it. So that you can start to rewrite, to rebuild. ❤️‍🩹”
